1. Return & Refund Policy

At Norluxe, your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not fully happy with your order, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received them
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Start a Return

Email us at service@norluxe.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case Norluxe covers the cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Opened or used personal care/consumable items
  • Items marked as final sale

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
